Congratulations, you are getting married! One of the most personal decisions you will make in the lead up to your big day is who will be your wedding celebrant?
Your wedding ceremony is the heart of your big day, and it should be a joyful, relaxed experience. While it may seem like there’s a lot to organise, I will guide you every step of the way. The whole process will be smooth, enjoyable, and tailored just for you and your partner.
I enjoy getting to know the couples I am due to marry, ensuring that your big day is personal and your guests will feel we have known each other for years. My expertise as a communications specialist will ensure you feel completely comfortable and supported, from our initial meeting right through to your final ‘I do’s.’
My Gold Wedding Celebrant Package includes the following:
A beautifully crafted, bespoke ceremony experience, designed with intention and delivered with elegance.
Inclusions:
- Initial planning consultation (in person or online) to discuss your vision and ceremony style
- Preparation and lodgement of the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM)
- A tailored ceremony guide showcasing options and inspiration to personalise your celebration
- A fully customised ceremony script created exclusively for you
- Unlimited communication and support throughout your planning journey
- Arrival minimum 30 minutes prior to ensure everything is set and flowing
- Premium PA system, featuring Bose sound and Sennheiser wireless microphone
- Insurance coverage and professional compliance
- All legal documentation completed, signed, and submitted to Births, Deaths & Marriages
- Rehearsal in person or via Zoom at a mutually convenient time

Additional Fees as Required
These are fees agreed upon in advance or of happenstance during the event.
- Any unique additions agreed to by both parties (i.e. extra AV needs)
- Travel Expenses $0.75c per kilometre outside a 25km radius from Varsity Lakes. Tolls and parking in addition.
- Marriage Certificate (to change your name) will be $56 paid directly by you to Births, Deaths and Marriages (BDM).
- Venues inaccessible by car/bus whereby a water taxi, airplane or other mode of paid private transport must be taken in order to enter or exit venue.
- Overtime will be charged at $50 per 15-minute increments in excess of the standard ceremony duration. (1-hour is built into the Platinum Experience).
- Accommodation and expense for overnight stays due to timing or distance from base.
All packages include personal liability insurance up to 20 million dollars.
