For couples seeking a refined, beautifully curated ceremony and a seamlessly hosted transition into their reception.
Includes everything in the Gold Package, plus:
- A personalised copy of your ceremony and vows, presented in a keepsake wedding folder
- Up to five hours of professional MC services following the ceremony
- Structured guest flow from ceremony through to reception
- Coordination of group photos, pre-dinner drinks, and guest movement
- Guest guidance to seating, amenities, and event timeline
- Introduction and welcoming of the newlyweds
- Liaison with catering and venue staff to ensure timing, service, and flow remain impeccable
- Professional announcements and speaker introductions
- Timekeeping for speeches and core moments
- Elegant coordination of key highlights: cake cutting, first dance, and formalities

Additional Fees as Required
These are fees agreed upon in advance or of happenstance during the event.
- Any unique additions agreed to by both parties (i.e. extra AV needs)
- Travel Expenses $0.75c per kilometre outside a 25km radius from Varsity Lakes. Tolls and parking in addition.
- Marriage Certificate (to change your name) will be $64 paid directly by you to Births, Deaths and Marriages (BDM).
- Venues inaccessible by car/bus whereby a water taxi, airplane or other mode of paid private transport must be taken in order to enter or exit venue.
- Overtime will be charged at $50 per 15-minute increments in excess of the standard ceremony duration. (1-hour is built into the Platinum Experience).
- Accommodation and expense for overnight stays due to timing or distance from base.
All packages include personal liability insurance up to 20 million dollars.
